It can be lonely up there.
I have read articles that say leaders are lonely people and I tend to agree with them. One has to fight alone and is often caught in between higher ups and lower levels. No one will bother understanding you.
I haven't had good sleep for many nights, my mind preoccupied with thoughts about the problems and stress at work, sometimes wondering if it is all worth while.
Is there a better choice?
If I were GOD, I would make everyone equally unhappy, so that no one can be jealous of anyone's wealth in life, or happiness at work.
